This is it, the final tour of the in-law suite addition we have been working on in Willow Grove! In this fifth and last installment, Eric Tilghman our lead carpenter, shows us the ready-to-move in addition. The landscaper will be the final step! Hey guys! How’re you doing?
Eric Tilghman here and we're at the Willow Grove job. All of my guys just left and it's the last day of the job so I thought I'd shoot a quick video for you to show you around the finished product!
Here we go. We’ve got the rails done and the lattice done under the deck. We’ve got the ramp built and put the mailbox on the end post there.
I've got a standing seam roof above the porch.
Heading inside... Here we’ll put a big screen TV over the fireplace. It’s a gas fireplace.
Over here, that's the door to the other side of the house. Then over here we have the kitchenette is with the dishwasher and all that good stuff. It’s small and efficient! Then, over here, this will be where the dining room table is and there are some pantries.
Turn the corner and now we're in the bedroom again. All of the doors are pocket doors to help make the most of the space. From there you walk through the bedroom and into the bathroom where we have some handicapped grab bars here. They lift up and go down like that so you can easily get them out of the way when don't need them. We've done it so anyone can put it back up. And we created a pretty cool shower. I think it turned out pretty nice.
Finally, we have just a reminder back deck girls are all done. We just need our landscaper to come out and do some of the on the whole front yard and some in the back here.
