The Petty Lane master suite addition is just a couple weeks away from completion! This family is a repeat client having had a kitchen expansion and remodel, with a new deck in the backyard previously completed. Eric Tilghman walks us through the addition of a laundry room, master suite and outdoor balcony.
With the laundry room and master bedroom only needing finishing touches, the focus in the remaining time frame is on completing the bathroom sink, toilet and shower installations, painting any unfinished areas, as well as putting up the balcony railing. A closet company will be coming in to install custom shelves into the spacious 7'x7' walk-in closet.
