As part of a full-scale exterior renovation of this expansive home in New Hope, we also added a large second-story wrap-around deck off their primary suite and exercise room, with a bluestone patio beneath in an ashlar pattern, and a spiral staircase connecting the two. The client plans to install a barrel sauna on their new deck and a hot tub on the patio beneath to dramatically upgrade their wellness routine and quality of life.
