I'm sorry guys this isn't going to be a podcast about windows and doors and the best cabinetry to use in your kitchen. Unfortunately, if I had to talk about that every couple weeks. I may get bored and so I'm looking to do this for a long time and company culture is something I'm very very passionate about it's transformed my life as a leader. Customers will really never love a company until its employees love it first. That was said by Simon Sinek and he couldn't be more spot on. And so, you know, really, I love my team members and
