SOUTHRIDGE CIRCLE KITCHEN & FIRST FLOOR RENOVATION

This renovation completely transformed the first floor of this beautiful home in Yardley, bringing function, flow, and thoughtful design together in a major upgrade.

We installed new, consistent flooring throughout the main level to tie every space together visually.

To dramatically improve the kitchen, we built an 8-foot bump-out addition, allowing space for a proper layout and improved flow. Walls were reconfigured throughout the first floor, including converting the former laundry area into a true mudroom built for everyday use.

We also updated the primary bathroom with a walk-in shower and all new tile and vanity.

Outside, the existing deck was rebuilt and expanded with a covered screen porch, creating a perfect space for relaxing and entertaining.

Not shown here, but also completed for this family: the foyer was updated with new railings for the grand staircase; a private office was created with French doors; and the fireplace was refaced with bluestone and a custom mantel.
