Bob Tilghman - President. Bob has over 30 years experience in the remodeling industry. He has managed hundreds and hundreds of projects from whole house remodels and major additions, to spectacular kitchen and bathroom remodeling. He has earned the designation of Certified Remodeler from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), by meeting rigorous experience, education and training requirements. As a long-time member and former Treasurer of the local chapter of NARI, Bob is very active in improving the professionalism, training and workmanship of its members. Bob is a hands-on manager of his business, and will meet with you to assure that you are completely satisfied with the design, construction and delivery of your project.
Joanne Tilghman - Project Consultant. Joanne works with clients to understand their vision, and helps the operations team incorporate client ideas into the design process. She attends all project development and production meetings to ensure that customer expectations are met. Homeowners appreciate Joanne's help as they select cabinets, carpeting, tile, counter tops, windows, doors, and other products for their homes. She has a good eye for design, and brings passion and a keen sense of style to her clients.
