PROJECT MANAGERS |
Your Project Manager is your personal contact to ensure that your project runs smoothly and according to plan. He is on-site to manage all details and to communicate with you about any issues that arise. You can rely on your Project Manager to:
- Listen and respond to your recommendations and concerns
- Keep you updated about the schedule and progress of your project
- Assure that the workplace is clean and safe
- Manage Tilghman workers and subcontractors, and the delivery of all materials
- Arrange for timely inspections of work performed by Tilghman Builders and its subcontractors
- Maintain accurate paperwork and records
- Assure that you are completely satisfied with the building process, and the completed project
Jim Calahan - Project Manager. Jim has been in the construction business for over 25 years and managing projects for 12 years. Early in his career, he operated his own carpentry business, working for general contractors on framing projects. Later, he owned his own remodeling business, managing projects and handling the carpentry work for his clients. Jim believes that close communication with the homeowner, and the team approach that his crew brings to the project, are keys to success.
Mike DeLuca - Project Manager. Mike has been in the construction business for ten years. The last six of them employed by tilghman builders. He is an excellent carpenter and problem solver. Through hard work and a desire to succeed Mike moved into a management position only 2 years after being employed by Tilghman Builders. A very likable guy, Mike finds success in his projects through good communication with the client, a sense of hospitality, and most importantly quality workmanship with a focus on attention to detail.
