Hey guys! Alright, welcome back. It's been two weeks since we've seen each other, we're at the Stahl residence. So since we've seen each other there's been a lot of progress. The HVAC roughing is complete. If you look up in the attic you'll see - our HVAC guy likes to hang his equipment from the roof rafters instead of sitting in on the ceiling joist. Just one of the small things that our subcontractors do to go the extra mile. Also, the plumbing roughing is just about complete. It should be done by lunchtime today. Electrical roughing started this morning and will be complete by the end of Monday. We've also had all the shingles put on the roof since we last saw each other. The siding starts on Tuesday. My guys today, we're installing all the windows. I don't see any reason why we won't get that complete by the end of the day. So, that's going to be good for the weekend. We're gonna try to warm these guys up in here - maybe stick some insulation in the soffits just to keep the drafts out and stuff like that. On Monday I get my stairs delivered. So if you come this way and check out the stairwell. We're completely open here so what this was, this was an existing bedroom and we took down the ceiling and we came straight up with our walls on the sides and in the back and so what you'll have is three staircases going down resting on each landing to access the first floor. So, that's pretty much it for this week. Awesome progress, looking forward to next week. Not this upcoming Monday but the following we're looking to get some drywall in here.
